Relvago is the opposite. It wants you to use it as little as possible — and to live as much as possible.

That is the only rule.
Each day has one task — carefully designed to pull you away from screens and toward the actual world. Day 7, 14, 21 and 30 are milestone days with special messages.

Relvago collects only the minimum necessary: · Your name (entered voluntarily by you) · Your daily reminder time · Your progress (completed days, streak) · Your future vision (optional, entered voluntarily) · Your daily reflection (optional) We do not collect: email addresses, passwords, payment data, location data, or device identifiers.
Your data is used exclusively to: · Display your daily task · Save and show your progress · Generate a personal message from your future self (AI-assisted) · Send you a daily reminder notification Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent given when setting up the app. Your data is never sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties.
If you enter a future vision, Relvago uses the Claude API by Anthropic Inc. to generate a personalized message. Data transmitted to Anthropic: your name, day number, task title, your future vision, and optional reflection. This data is processed to generate your message and is not permanently stored by Anthropic beyond standard API logging. Anthropic Privacy Policy: anthropic.com/privacy
Relvago uses Firebase by Google LLC for anonymous authentication and data storage. Server location: europe-west1 (Belgium, EU) Anonymous authentication means no email or password is required. A randomly generated user ID is created locally. Google Firebase Privacy Policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy Your data is stored exclusively within the European Union.

Relvago is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. You must be at least 16 years old to use Relvago. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to: · Misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to hack the app · Share your account credentials with others · Use the app for any unlawful purpose · Attempt to circumvent the app's security or content protection · Reproduce or redistribute any part of the app without permission
Chapter 1 is permanently free. No credit card is required. Future chapters, if made available, will be offered as one-time purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All payments will be subject to the respective platform terms. Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.
Relvago is provided as-is. The daily tasks are suggestions — you are solely responsible for your own actions and safety when performing them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Parham Mahzari shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Konstanz, Germany.
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
